Founded in 1964 by Edward Sivas, the vision began to establish a service orientated business that would fulfill the needs of the ever growing school market by supplying specialty seating equipment and the expertise to assist the customer with design and implementation. In 1964, after years of working as a Sales Consultant for American Seating Company of Grand Rapids Michigan, Ed Sivas, along with Herk Baltimore an ex-professional basketball player founded Herk Edwards . They saw the need for a local company that would service the arena and school markets in Southern California.

Dick has an extensive background in sales, manufacturing, administration and management. This experience, supplemented by broad skills in customer relationships helps establish him as a trusted and respected expert in the field of spectator seating and school equipment.

Diane is a business accountant with over thirty years of extensive accounting experience dealing with construction, state, city and school district accounts. Diane also has extensive knowledge of the construction industry insurance requirements.
